We deliver to all our customers in U.S within 2 to 5 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link so you can follow the progress of your package.

You can track your order using your order or tracking number on the “track my order” page. You can also contact us by email, and we will send you the tracking link for your package.

We do our best to resolve any issues our customers may encounter with their orders. If you still wish to receive a refund on your order, we can of course process the payment, provided that the request is made within 30 days of the order date and that the product(s) in question are not on sale.
